Help with spell work needed.

I have a business partner who is taking loans from people he should not be taking loans from and he still owes for other loans. He is doing this after he told me he would pay back the money he owes people and no longer take out any other loans. I am doing some spell work to increase our cash flow and better our business so I do not want to put a stop action on him as he is the one that goes out and makes the deals, which has nothing to do with loans. Plus I don't think he is being completely honest with me when it comes telling me how much money he made on the contract and he is not giving me my share as quickly as he could. So could some one please help with suggestions on what to do, I am thinking about doing a domination spell on him and or a truth spell but what about compelling him to give me my share on time and when I need it. I am pretty new to the Satanic way of magic but I have been doing magic for a few years. I think why I need to have these questions answered is because the JOS site has so much information I need help choosing the best method.
