After my dedication I'm practicing yogic breathing meditation and would like to know is it the right proceru for begginners?

<ol>Joy_of_Satan_Ministries_Meditation_Program_40_day.pdf</ol>That's a good meditation to start with after your dedication, but I suggest you start to follow HP HoodedCobra's 40 day empowerment program, it's the best place to start and will teach you the basics of meditation aswell as get you into a good daily routine which you can build upon after you finish the program.
