When cleaning my aura should I visualise a light that I see is shining on me or should I visualise my body as the light shines upon it. How do I end the meditation?
Do I say the affirmation once after each exhalation (as I did it so far) or do the breathing five times and only then say the affirmation five times?
Do I have to maintain that light while saying the affirmation (I have to remake it every time as it dissipates while I say the affirmation.) Is it necessary to say the affirmations out loud (-almost impossible to pull off whitout gaining unwanted attention from my parents-) or can I do it in my head?
When doing void meditation should I concentrate on something or stare at it. (This is where I think most of my time goes as I lose my sense of time while doing it and I feel pretty tired and sleepy afterwards.)

And most importantly: Shall I proceed to the other meditations or stay with these three until I learn how to do them better?

Enter a state of trance and feel your aura around you. At first it will be a very mild sensation if at all, trust that instict and if you can't just envision in your mind your aura while trying to feel it.
Now visualize it being filled with light, the light cleansing all ill will and negativity as it envelopes you. While you feel this light use your affirmation as if you were programming the energy and then concentrate on feeling your aura for a bit of time afterward.
