Help with insomnia and depression

My friend is a teenage SS and can not sleep, is suffering from insomnia from the worst, he is living in a christian home and he is really very ill.I told him to use solar magic, to make vibrations with mantras to the sun to help in the cure but he is of the sign of Aries and has much fire element I do not know if works with the sun can get worse.
Can anyone help with this? Is it urgent

Ref help with sleeping
Is your friend a dedicated SS? If so, have the friend do a protective barrier around his/her bedroom/bed of Satanic blue light. Also, up his/her AoPAura of Protections (Lots!) : JoyofSatan666 [/TD] [/TR] [/TABLE] [/TD] [/TR] [TR] [TD] [/TD] [/TR] [/TABLE] [/TD] [/TR] [/TABLE]
If he/she is not dedicated you'll have to do this for him/her. Caution: you'll have to increase your energy for it to be successful.
