help please (perferable from a high priest/priestest)

I am having trouble with entering deep traces and meditations to work on my aura. Every time I attempt to enter a trace or relaxed state to work on my aura and to try and work on my astral temple a blinding white light comes to view and gives me a headache. I have had help from 2 others and neither could help. So I am asking for help with this problem from a more experienced satanist.

its probably becouse your looking at light, for example a televison or a computer screen, the light is burned into your retina then when you close your eyes you see a circle of light in front of you, just try to stay in low light not looking at a computer screen or tv for a while, then begin to meditate
