I'm new in Temple of Zeus
How should I start for power meditation ?!
There are a lot of meditations in site I'm confused?

There is a 40 day power meditation program for beginners. I can’t seem to find the link for it.
There is a 6 month training program in the spiritual warfare section of the TempleofZeus website. It is another good program to achieve incredible transformation.
But you can also just pick a few meditations from the beginners section you can start with and incorporate other ones once u are adept at them. Some meditations however should be done always like the aura cleaning which is very important for your protection.
Also u may focus on starting with meditations which will help you with other meditations along the way like learning to go into deep trance and the foundation meditation. The the void meditation is also excellent for keeping unwanted thoughts out and to create immense willpower with laser focus. There are breathing exercises you can do which increase your life force and help in the ascension of the kundalini.

Start the basic programm for opening of soul and then to open the chakras and your 3rd eye.Then meditate for 3rd eye and 6th chakra for the intuition.Also breathe for the chalice 666.You' ll find all these!!! Good luck...
