Help me (please)

I apologize...
...I usually like to talk about my spiritual path, but there are things that I would rather keep to myself. Now I find myself compelled to talk about them though, but I don't want to go into too much detail (don't worry, it's not necessary).

Please, can any advanced members tell me how long the suffering experiences that Gopi Khrisna talks about in his various books last? He took 12 years. But the idea of having to endure for a decade with the "torture" in my spine that I suffered yesterday, that I am suffering today, that I will suffer tomorrow... is a devastating realization.

I am GRATEFUL, I am in NO hurry, I know that one has to suffer as HPS Pythia said (glory to Her forever!), but it is psychologically "strong" as a blow to know that I may have to stay a decade like this. Also because the feelings get progressively worse.

Two months ago, for example, I wasn't that bad. Now even basic things like taking walks has become absurd, the activity in my spine makes me suffer too much. Not in terms of pain, in fact I have a lot of vigor and physically I can do so much.

But in terms of energy it is impossible to even focus on anything else. I don't doubt that maybe I just need to keep getting my body used to it ... but my Martial Arts Grandmaster is extremely strict and doesn't accept excuses for my not training. Not even on the level of health and so on. Also because he selects the "chosen few" who can take exams and so on, and he would complain about my absences.

Heat on the legs and the feet, in this (precise) moment heat on the knee (both). I feel my perineum as if there was a "something" in it (also this every now and then, it is not all the time). Now I got also the heat in the head and the third eye.

How does this energy make you feel and what do you think it is doing to you?

Without reasoning, the first words that came to my mind are: "heat" and "discomfort" lol

I don't know lol. It is so impossible to track something here considering the different types of energy, the different effects of these energies and the different directions of the same process... :(

The fact however is also that it is always more and more energy. That's increasing over the time. So when I get used to that, then it will increase more, so I always have to being able to resist further... the good thing of that is... maybe with this process I will be able to handle more energy during the soul meditation(?) My mantras may be more powerful thank to that. I even promised to my myself that if I will reach the first level of the Magnum Opus (the rising Kundalin complete ascension) the VERY first spell I will do is going to be a magickal work for the Gods. Maybe from a HP Zevios's or a HPS Lydia's group schedule rituals or so. I really want my first "divine" spell ever may be for the Gods. Not as a thanks-giving of course. I simply want this spontaneously.

Yes, I know, thanks, but for that advice, I always thought that the kundalini energy of this process, I want to have it all, I don't want to send it away. Of course I will use that for the Gods, and in case, I'm going to donate it if there is a schedule for that (as the old one of Satya and Lalita), but otherwise I would like that to be "mine", always if Zeus won't ask me something else of course.

What do you know, is it normal that once the heat reaches the top of the head it seems to take a backward path? As if first the heat started from the bottom reaching the top and now it starts from the top to reach the bottom? I'm not sure though, it's in the last couple of days that I've noticed this. Thank you very much for your kind help, dear Brother!

If you suffer from pain, i suggest you do Ritual for Valefor (if you are Dedicated Spiritual Satanist);
Just try it, you got nothing to lose, but i think it could help you.
