I would like to sublimate this aspects (in inner self also cause the retrogradations), and male a ritual with Nauthiz and Kenaz for the constance and the willforce

I have Saturn retrograde and i want to improve my knee ligament health, they seemed to progressively detteriorate for the past 4 months. I ve always had problems and hardship with the Saturn energy and i would like to work on it

Meditations are a wonderful way in subliming your own Neptune.
For meditations you just need to get things going.
When you read this, turn off your pc lay down ur phone.
Sit down, calm down and relax. Do 2 minutes of void meditation, then focus on your aura, feel it, then focus on the energy in your body and feel it, and change between aura and inner energies a few times. Take your good time in feeling them.
Then you do a bit of energy meditation.
And a bit of chakra meditation, even just ez chakra spin is enough for starters.
Did you do it?
Good job!
It took you around 20 - 30 Minutes and you had a good small meditation session!

Oh and inconsistency has mostly to do with the earth element in your soul, and also with Saturn!
If you have too much Air in your soul this gives you an electric character and personality (Mercury, Uranus bith rule over electricity for example) and we all know lightning doesn’t go in a straight line. Those people tend to start many things, but are too inconsistent in mastering something.
You should try to involve more routine in your life, by this you automatically sublime your Uranus (sudden changes, electric nature). Truth be spoken, if you developed more saturnian characters like being consistent, discipline and routine, and doing your meditations, you would be killing 2 birds with one stone and sublime your Uranus and Neptune in a positive way, along with empowerment overall.

First, you have to make yourself interested and motivated to do things such as meditation. This needs to be created at first, and used habitually, no matter what try to create psychological helpers to ground yourself in a task. The physical aspect counts a lot in terms of discipline.
Before sleep have a set of affirmations that you'll state to yourself. Learn them, really think them and try to see the future of these. Do keep a journal with every progress you made every day, such as even entering/trying a trance for 10 minutes.
You can write it in a book or have a more private app such as TickTick or Forest or simple phone notes.
Nauthiz to me personally is a very strong rune, and I would use rather Sowilo on it's own.

You can use Munka to remove any negative karma associated with such placements. You can also use Surya, Sowilo, or Sun Squares to refine and sublimate the Uranus and Neptune energy within you. Similarly, you can use those energies to directly clean those aspects of your soul, which is another big part of the overall sublimation process.
