I have a question regarding Islam.

As far as I know, the goal of the abrahamic religions is the destruction of humanity, so why are there things in Islam that could be beneficial for people? For example, the prohibition of porn, the prohibition of pork because it is considered an unclean animal and supposedly has DNA similar to that of humans, as well as the fact that one can engage in sexual relations with their wife, etc.

The answer to this question would also be helpful in discussions with muslims.
