hello everyone need help

Hello everyone I'm new to this when I say new about 5months b4 I transferred and very happy not to go personal but my mom was visited by a dead person thru a another human being so possessed by my sisters father and explained everything that's happening and said she will never be happy and she will die doing what she does for aliving which is a driver. I'm stuck and have no idea what to do a random. Guy came up to her and said it all so can someone please help me I have no idea what to do.. thank u
