hell raising ( kundalini ) im asking if one of the priest will answe

ive opened all my chakras. ive meditated every day on the third eye and the peniel gland and the crown. i have been having muscle spasms ( feels like a shock in random places) every now and then is that a sign its about to rise? also ive had headaches everyday do to meditation on the third eye and the others, its gotten easier im just worried, is it a concern?

These are very good signs of increased bioelectricity. Kundalini is sexual energy that when stimulated or directed, comes from the base of the spine (base chakra) up the spine empowering the 7 main chakras. Try to stimulate your kundalini and get energy rising, this way you can find out if you have blocked chakras. If you feel pain at a chakra, empower the chakra above it and work on it preferably every day until its unblocked.
