The are people trying to give me a heart attack. They put a black energy inside my heart that makes my heart beat fast. I try to stop it with AoP but it just passes my aura and goes straight to my heart. What can I do?

This happened to me too in a dream a couple of days ago. I think it is someone from the enemy.
I saw black energy like clouds in the sky forming and black hieroglyphs flashing.
After that i was paralyzed and my heart was beating very fast and i was hearing my heartbeat, i thought it was going to stop.
I remember seeing a golden or yellow reptile as well if i am not mistaken. Wtf?
Also some mumbling trying to make me surrender psychologically/spiritually.
If it is these enemy reptiles doing this to us, we will need some backup.

I do the AoP the same way it's written online and returning curses I do it twice a week. The problem is this things are done by close relatives of mine.

On top of all the info everyone else is providing, you also need to strengthen your physical heart with cardio, working out, and speed work as well. Once you have a powerful aura of protection you can easily deflect a curse aimed at your heart/solar plexus by something like sprinting, which IMO is the physical workout that will send the most amount of energy to your heart in a short period, much like Kevala breath. Holding headstands for long periods of time help too. You should buy a yoga chair that supports your weight so you can hold for longer and do deep breathing while you focus golden healing energy on your heart.

I was dealing with some attacks similar to what you describe and I was told to go sprinting. I haven't in a while since I have had a tendency to overdo it and developed IT band syndrome so It was not my best run, but it was enough to deflect to the point where it was not interfering with the rest of my day.

A heart attack happens when the arteries around your heart close up due to a clot. People will feel pain in the chest, that is radiating out into the arms. Might even radiate out into the neck and other close body parts, Burning chest, and actually a deep panic as if you know you are about to die. If this happens you just call the emergency ambulance. If you act fast, you might get out of this heart attack without any longterm harm.

I doubt that someone is attacking you tho. This sounds more like imagination, or even psychosis. If you think you might be at risk of a heart attack, go and see a cardiologist. They can tell you whether or not this is mere imagination.

I had a heart attack earlier this year. I WAS doing a rite those days that could definitely have invited backlash. On the other hand, I also had a lifetime of eating heavy cookery and drinking assorted hard liquor until fairly recently. It MIGHT have been sorcery that laid me low (I have taken more painstaking precautions of late.) Odds are my erstwhile habits are to blame.

Moral of the story: if you hear hoof-beats in the street, sure go look. But it's probably not a zebra.

Often the first and most common symptom of anxiety is tightness in the chest, shortness of breath, and what people assume is a heart attack. It's most likely not a heart attack if it is something you are experiencing constantly as that is not how heart attacks work.

Many people do not even "feel" anxious and instantly dismiss the notion, but often they forget that they did feel that way for a long time until this anxious state became the norm and literally feels normal to them, so the body steps it up with stronger physical symptoms, which often perplex people as they do not understand why they are occurring.

The mind brings these things up in response to unresolved situations or trauma, you need to look inwards and understand this.
