It has less to do with the quantity and more to do with the quality of said repetitions, and the quality of the disease. In other words, impossible to say from here.

You could begin by cleaning your full Aura first, doing an Aura of Protection (AoP) and then working on the affected area.
For cleaning, you could visualize a ball of golden bright light (like the Sun) saturating the diseased part with benefic, healing energy, and then saying the affirmation about healing.
