Healing working

Hi, I'm planning a healing working soon, with the SURYA Mantra. And I was wondering if I could vibrate UR before or after SURYA? To further empower the Mantra and enhance the efficiency of the working... Would this work? Any ideas of an affirmation? Could it something like... 'in a positive and healthy way the energies of Ur are empowering this working'? Or should I say the healing affirmation instead?

Use either Runes or Sanskrit Mantras but do not mix them. As for Solar Energy, use either Sowilo or Surya. Study the Runes to learn how to use them and how to combine them.

About the healing working, I have a couple questions that I'll use this topic to ask.

I am supposed to use the hand chakras to heal others. How am I supposed to count 200 repetitions?
Can't use my rosary, since I can't use my hands.

Afterwards I am supposed to perform the Sun/Moon Breath [Alternate Nostril] - however I have sinusitis, and one of my nostrils is blocked most of the time, I can't really breathe much through that one... Any ideas?

I would recommend using hand chakras and other such skills when you are more advanced. Use the rosary plus affirmation and visualisation.

To do all these things and move forward, you must develop and master the skills and abilities of the Satanic Meditations. Know that this requires time, persistence and patience.
