Head chakra blockage clearing

I have activated all of my chakras and I believe I still have blockages.

I constantly feel pressure behind my forehead which I believe is a Third eye/ 6th blockage.

What are some good mantras and routines to clean this?

I remember your comment saying that if I felt pressure in my third eye then it was the 6th that was blocked, so it just keeps going back?

Would the normal activating meditations be good?

I think you’re misunderstanding. You do not clear all of the blocks out of your chakras in a week or a short time. It needs consistent work. If you’re open enough you’ll feel how doing vibrations into your chakras unblocks and empowers them.

And you will more than likely always feel a pressure in the forehead region, that’s just your third eye and 6th chakra kind of feels like a pressure too. It just means that they’re open. But you may feel it less as you unblock them but I still feel the pressure.

Yes. Even if you would not focus on specific area you would benefit from it since it is the mantra for crown area.

The popular method of the Nama Sivaya mantra of using it thought the chakras. From experience this just manifests the energy in the crown anyway. Because this mantra activates the crown. Siva and Shakti are the crown and root chakra. Opening the crown opens the psychic centers in the mind and sends a flow of energy down to the root chakra activating it this connection is important to the process of Kundalini Yoga. The crown chakra is given great importance. This is why the enemy program attempts to always bind and curse the crown chakra of Gentiles. The ancient texts mention the crown is the spiritual connection to the universe. Its also key in removing karma and opening the flow of the serpent energy.

Raum works too, but it is different and that would require focus more so than above mentioned mantra since it is, correct me if I am wrong, 3rd chakra mantra mainly.

I did the five letter x18 and it really made my head have pressure and feel heavy so I guess that means it’s working. I also imagined the crown in the purple aura spinning and flowing. I will do more tomorrow x88, I think I need a different mantra though, what about this.

ohhhhhhhh, my mistake. Also with nama sivaya it should also work on the third eye as well since it also connects to the crown. If sowilo also doesnt work then you could use that mantra instead.
