Having trouble Meditating

Hey I'm new to satanism and I am wanting to know how to meditate on these following meditations properly:

Opening chacra points for clairaudience
Opening chakra points for clairvoiance
&
Opening the basic seven chakra points

Any help would be greatly accepted! Thank you
