Having trouble contacting my guardian demon

I have tried my Ouija board, and a pendulum and so far nothing has come through the Ouija board and the pendulum has been inconsistent. I'll get 10 letters for a name then 5 and I am still confused as to whom I invoked while half asleep since I know no one of that name. Any tips would help, thank you.

I have also been concentrating on opening my minor chakras for clairaudience as an aside if this helps.
