hello brothers and sisters.I was wondering. with my traumatic brain injury i had years ago, my seizures have now got bad enough to where the dr's pulled my license for 6 months. just wondering what kind of meditations, if any should i be more careful with? advice would be greatly appreciated!.... thanks!

ok, sounds great! i was just scared or not sure if it would make things worse, because to get my license back i have to show improvement in 6 months. Thanks a bunch!
