hatred and anger in rituals

On JoS it says it is bad for us if we have anger and hatred inside of us. But it says we can use hatred and anger in black magic rituals. So.. should i keep the anger inside of me, or should i live without hatred and anger?

Hatred and anger are normal emotions, and suppressing a natural thing like this is mostly not recommended (you usually have a reason to be angry). I think whats meant by the stuff on JoS is that, when one has a powerful aura and doesn't control his/her hatred, it will bring misfortune to the person the anger is directed at. This is especially meant for short clashes with other people. If you are angry on them for a short peroid of time, and then they apologize to you, your aura will most likely still hurt them. To prevent this, one should be able to control his/her anger. In the rituals, you should let all your hatred out and direct it at the jews, as this empowers the ritual.
