Hello fellow satanists I am doing 40 day power Meditation program. Now have reached Day 17-20 part of the program which involves Hath Yoga. I already got the Hatha Yoga Pdf from jos yahoo group but I am facing one problem. In the program its mentioned you are supposed to do Hath Yoga for two compete breaths but in the pdf there is no mention of breathing while doing Hath Yoga poses. So can some one explain me on how to breathe during each pose. Is it full breathe in breathe out while holding the pose or something else.

HAil Father Satan/Shiva

I often accompany tthe simple poses with the breath of fire and humming breath.
Look in the meditation section to find the breathing exercises. Hail Satan

Don't won't to give wrong answer, but it's just like anything, when u have the pose hold and breath, deep breath and then exhale, do it again.Don't strain or over due it. That's how I do it and how i how I focus on feeling my aura too. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but as I said that's how I feel the energy and the pose is working. Keep in mind it will take time and persistence. Unless u been doing long time and have done it in the past.
Hail Father Satan

So does that mean if we are required to do the pose for two complete breaths then we need to hold the pose twice ..Like first do the pose while breathing deeply and then exhaling. Then relax. This makes it one round .Then again hold the pose and repeat the same thing that makes it two.

You would only want to release the pose if it is too taxing on you to continue. Otherwise, just do the breathing, and continue the pose.

no just hold it while holding, breath two times
