Hand Chakra Question

Tonight while doing my meditations I worked on my hand chakras and have been for the last week. In the past I have felt like a vibration in my hand chakras but last night and especially tonight it was a strong pressure and I also felt heat which I never felt before and there was a heaviness.

My question is am I just becoming more adapt to feeling energy or is my hand chakras getting stronger. Because like I said I have felt energy but not like this so I am confused as what is happening if again I am feeling energy more or getting stronger. Any insight will be great

I'd say both.

Ur hand chakras sound like they are very strong and as a result u can feel energy more in ur hands.

I have worked with my palm chakras to the point where i felt them 24/7 and also feel immense heat and energy the second i think of them.

Pressure? Like something is pushing your hands apart?I have the same feeling, and to be honest with you, its probably both. Your hand chakras are opening and empowering, thus increasing your sensitivity to energy. However, unless you are doing breath excercises, yoga, and other meditations and such that strenghten your soul, its most likely your increasing your sensitivity. Which you should also be proud of as well. My push use to be really strong, now I feel more heat than a push but none-the-less its still there haha.

Well strength I have been working on my palm chakras for the past 5 months now and i have experinced that on an off. So I would say yes to both of them. Keep up the good work. If you want strong hand chakras work onyour shoulder chakras, heart chakra and minor heart chakra points.

Thanks for the info and yes I do kundalini yoga everyday plus breathing exercises and my other meditations. Yes it is a push and pull kind of feeling it is almost like the push and pull is involuntary, I visualize and direct the energy like a beam back and forth between the hand chakras and it really pushes my hands it really is amazing. I have never felt the heat like that before either it was like I was holding my hands over a burner on a stove. Again thanks for the info and tips

My hand ckras are like that to all i have to do is think about them and i can feel a small pressure, it is nothing to great but I do feel them. The heat like I told Matt is like my hand is over a burner. I can not wait to see what comes next as my main focus while I am doing other meditations is my hands right now.

Thanks for the info and tips shannon. I do work on my shoulder chakras and heart chakras. Whenever I work on my hand chakras I from to time visualize my shoulder chakras lighting up and energy traveling from my shoulder chakras down to my hand chakras lighting them up. Also I remember when i was first starting to empower my chakras I remember i felt my heart chakra first and it was strong.

In those five months do you have any methods you could share?

My palm Chakras opened several years ago of their own accord during meditation. They have changed colour several times and now are like two small white gold suns. I looked in the JOS website for chakra info and found out about sholder chakras. In all my years of searching i have even never heard of sholder chakras. A sign of the true value of the JOS site. My higher heart ck opened a while after the palms. Untill i found out about the sholder chakras i could not empower the palm ck's properly. I could see no connection between the rest of the chakra system and my palms. The higher heart is high in the upper chest in line with the sholders, mid chest. Open your palm ck's see your sholder ck's open and the energy from each sholder ck point in the the chest. The point at which the two beams of light from the palms meet in your chest is the higher heart chakrs. My higher heart helps to empower my astral body and has enabled step out astral projection, using mindless/VOID ,meditation to guide the energy. Cant controll it yet. But thanks to the JOS site and to fathers help i am getting there. I use my palms to create orbs, i then channel a token from each chakra in to the orb, thur my higher heart and palm chakras. What you end up with is a rainbow of your own energy. A token of all that you are. I create and give an orb before each meditation as a gift to any demon who will come to me in Satans name. Not a bribe, just a gift, a token to say thank you for taking the trouble to come. Like an invitation. I 'SEE' the orb go into Fathers hands and then he will give to to who ever will come to me.
