I think this comes down to your way of pronouncing, but Fehu is Fehu, not Gehu.

Well yeah, um okay? Most are already available? Maybe not some Sanskrit Mantras, but using the same spelling as for other Sanskrit, one can do them fine.

That would probably be ok for some people, to have more guidance. So I guess, go for it if you have the time and capacity.
