I had pretty good results tonight for this meditation being pretty
basic. I deff. was able to breathe in more energy and felt it very
well. I probably did about 40 breathes or so. I also retained the
energy and did not exhale it out.

I had even better results last night with the breath meditation. I was
feeling nice and relaxed and going into a trance state while also
buzzing with a buttload of energy. Seems like not as people are
meditating anymore but the results are still good. hmmm...

So far I have performed this a few times experimenting with different
energies. I spent quite some time over the last seven or eight weeks
working with solar energy in this way, which is incredibly good
for "refueling" and also for healing, yourself primarily, but others
also. I have also shared\exchanged energy with my Cat, this may sound
a little odd, but He is kind of like my spare battery. This may be a
little off the subject, but when I perform Ritual He often likes to
sit and watch, acting as a "generator" in this way. He is very much
my Familiar.
The last couple of nights I have been experimenting with absorbing
the energy from complete darkness. Has anyone else tried doing this?
So far I would not say I have felt energized working this way,
although I have slept very heavily and had "deeper" dreams.
I love the way with solar energy you can warm someone with a touch
yet with the energy from darkness you can breathe shivers down a
spine.

when it is full plays a part in group meditations.
The pull when may be greater when the moon is full i believe,

What is this group meditation , something i never tried before and heard of it.And i live in Canada Toronto , Brampton , so won't find anybody join for group meditation.

have been many posts concerning the Group Meditations over the past
few weeks, and I am certain you have posted in reply to at least or
between one?

recommended before. It lets you keep track of the moon and planetary
alignments in your area.

over the coming weeks/months and see what effects the moon cycles do
