Purpose: Same as last, to create an interest in Satanism within the
mass mind of your locality.
Time: Hour of Venus/Jupiter
Candles: White, light blue, and green.
Runes: Sowilo(Soe-wee-loe) and Laguz(Law-gooze) 72 times each
stopping at every 9 intervals to make affirmation. I'm using 72
because 9*8=72. 9 is an all encompassing number since it includes
all numbers in itself, and 8 is the number of intensity which is
necessary to create the curiousity.
Target: Wherever you live. Country, state, city, or even a specific
person. I suggest America.
Extra note: You can use whatever rune you want and chant it as many
times as you want. I'm just using the above as an example. Sowilo
(empower)+Laguz(mass mind). If anyone else has any brighter ideas
