God Rituals and Bandhas

Hello brothers and sisters,
I have somewhat of a question concerning what happens to me when I'm doing the God Rituals. Throughout the entire ritual I tend to do bandhas. It's not forced in any way and it really does feel good, It increases the energy and sharpens my focus. My breathing starts to change when vibrating the runes and it always happens when doing the affirmations. I feel it to be normal for me cause it comes naturally, but is it? Is there maybe any advise to empower this or anything to do before or after the rituals? Why does this happen?

It's absolutely normal to feel this. A God's presence can fill our sleeping Kundalini with energy, and the Bandhas take place as a body's reaction to the high energy.

Actually the Bandha in which your anus is contracting and relaxing frequently, done involuntarily is a clear sign of serpent activity. And that's due to the God's energy through their presence.

Exactly as you would feel short tremors, like you felt a cold breeze. Or an energy buzz, or your whole body hot. These are all normal too, and are all signs that the God/Goddesses is paying attention to us.

I thought this to be the case. I'm starting to have this same feeling when doing meditations and will go right into bandhas or feel my kundalini. A lot of tingling around the base of my spine or even a wiggling like movement. I appreciate, Thank you

Thank you, I noticed that I do bandhas or locks when I focus and meditate on the shenu ring and on sigils. It's very intense

Satan knows you, and He is *WELL* aware of the good things you feel for him in your heart. Spiritual experiences are individual because our souls, ourselves are different and function differently. But if you generally feel pleasant sensations, yes, that is normal.
