getting hurt by negative entities

when i do the breath of fire exercise i have been falling down and hurting myself and i dont know how but i think its the angels that have been attacking me for sometime. I do it standing up,maybe i should do it sitting down but i find it easier to do i standing up. today i hit my head on the bottom of my table and it always seems to come out of nowhere. also the breath of fire hurts to do. it causes me pressure/pounding type pain in my head sometimes as well. any ideas on why this is happening. i have been doing the aura of protection and i am protected but it still happens.
please help.

<td val[/IMG]I do it every morning sitting cross legged.The reason is I like to concentrate on the energy around me.If I was standing it would be harder to give my full attention to it because I would have to balance too.As you found out that can be a bit dangerous.lol

I would recomend sitting down. It is good to do what you feel best and most comfortable with. But it is also not good to build a dependancy on something. If you keep falling over from meditating standing up. Then do the logical thing and sit down. I recomend sitting up straight with a straight back, as this will alow you for better breathing rather than sitting in a couch slouching.

As for the pain/pressure in your head. It is advised on the JoS that if you are getting pain or feelings of uncomfort from any meditation that you stop them and lessen the amounts that it has on the site. Everyone is different and so one amount might be good for one person, but too much for the next. Take it easy and don't over do it. The last thing we or you would want is for you to hurt yourself.

Don't look to blame everything on the angels. "Oh, I feel sick today, i'm being attacked"; "I tripped over, I'm being attacked". No, you just got sick and you just tripped over. Take some responsibility for yourself.
