Getting back on track with meditations

Try the advanced Chakra spin and the aura cleansing. Just spin each chakra until reaches the color white gold for each of them. Then clean your aura. It shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes to do both. Practice with those exercises for a couple of days and when you feel better try something more advanced like the Mer Ka Ba meditation. What meditations did you do before? Why not pick up where you left off and see if anything's changed? Maybe you got stronger than you used to be, maybe you got weaker. Just dive in! See what happens.
