Introduction
This set of rituals will be to help Gentiles find better health. For decades if not longer the jews were allowed and are still allowed to poison our food and water supply and not to mention promote unhealthy lifestyles. Only now are a few of these actions coming out into the open with people demanding a stop to it. However there is still so much more that Gentiles need to be awoken to. In order for the Gentile Nations to be able to put a stop to the jewish control we need not only spiritual strength but physical and mental as well. With these two physical parts weakened we as a Nation are still at the mercy of the jew. As we know mental health and our physical health demands a great deal on what we eat and how we eat, how we move and etc. So there will be AT LEAST six parts to this series of rituals and they will deal with as I stated before mental, physical and spiritual health. These rituals for those who may bring it up now or in the future will also deal with the Gentiles connection to the Earth and those animals that will become our food. Since there are so many different steps in this MOST important series expect to see them often. I do understand that not everyone may want to perform them or cannot perform all of them, this is fine and please do perform the ones that you are able to.
Purpose of Ritual
As in everything, this is a process and for the best results it must be taken as such. To start off these rituals we need to awaken our fellow Gentiles to ALL of the poisons In our food and water supply. If we do this we can set energy in future steps to go along with the energy of the Gentiles as they continue to awaken up to this BS that has been going on. After awakening to the poisons and unhealthy ways we have been living, we than need action, purification, dominance and recovery. All of which are necessary steps in this process and will remain as that "A PROCESS".
Day/Time/Purpose
This ritual will take place on Monday May 28th during the hours of the Moon. I chose this day for the moon will be in the sign of Virgo and giving us the following benefits
The Moon rules: The public, food and drink, water and liquids, emotions, feelings, moods.

Health, wellness, things that require precision and perfection, hygiene, nutrition, herbs, vitamins, workings of white magick and healing for others, service to others. Things that involve healing, Virgo tends towards change.

Ah the jews, a disgusting and vile species whose crimes will not go unanswered. Never in the history of our planet has such a species been more of an injustice against nature and all life. Through their veins runs nothing but laziness, weakness and fear. To weak and lazy to advance their species respectfully, and to afraid to face their enemies in battle. Ah but the jews may be weak and lazy but one thing they are is wise, wise when it comes to patience.
For centuries the jews have ensured our spiritual destruction when they severed our connection to our ancient past. But they knew that this would not be enough for if we were ever to wake up our ability to survive and fight will still be with us. This is why for decades they have worked to build and cease control of those facilities and organizations that will soon serve and take care of the food and water that us Gentiles would take into our bodies.
Knowing of patience and knowing nothing but fear they behind the curtains have been poisoning our food and water knowing of the long term effects. By poisoning our food they knew they could complete the process and destroy us mentally and physically, turning us from Great Warriors into helpless sheep who would know nothing but ailment and disease, ending with us being too weak to face our enemies, the "jews" down in battle.
Despite their attempts the time of great change is upon us as the age of Aquarius continues to shine its glorious face on the horizon. Gentiles who have long been kept in the dark have begun to ask and seek answers to that what has been long kept secret. With every new discovery found more questions are raised and soon anger and disgust. It is this anger that will create a new found desire in our people, desire for change.

The Ritual
1.Before starting the ritual it is important to raise your energies. You can do this in one of several ways. You can do yoga before the ritual, or just by doing the breath of fire or alternate nostril breathing for 2-3 minutes.
2.Next cleanse your ritual area of all negative energies. You can do this in any way you like; however the simplest way would be to simply visualize electric blue flames surrounding your ritual area. Affirm that these flames are burning away all negative energies. It is important if you do this to feel the heat of the flames.
3.Now begin the ritual as you would with any ritual. You can use the standard ritual format or the one designed by HP Vovim and of which is located on his site.
4.Read the ritual declaration with much intent. After you are finished burn the ritual declaration. If you are unable to burn anything than save it for the end and follow the directions at the end of this layout.
5.Now read the fifth enochian key with much passion, same as you did with the declaration. As you are reading it see the desire of the ritual happening within your mind and lighting up the entire sigil in a bright white-gold energy.
6.It is now time for the sigil and runes. Place the sigil on your alter.
7.Before starting the runes repeat the ritual affirmation nine times. When doing this see the entire sigil glowing in a white-gold energy, growing brighter with each affirmation.
8.Begin with the rune Uruz. Than on the exhale vibrate the rune. As you are vibrating the rune see all of the Uruz runes glowing a bright white-gold energy. Repeat the process nine times. ***As in my other rituals and for those who are unable to burn anything than what you need to do is take it outside and bury both the ritual declaration and sigil in the ground. As you begin to pour dirt over top of them do the ritual affirmation until they are completely buried. Than affirm several times that the energy will continue to leak into the earth and the desired outcome will come into reality. See the entire ground glowing in a blinding white-gold energy and see this spreading across the entire globe. For those who may not be able to burn or bury it right away than what you need to do is, after the ritual to put a protective barrier hovering over the sigil but NOT touching it and affirm that this barrier is protecting the energies from within the sigil.
