The daily meditations and exercises:
1. Kundalini spinal yoga:
File can be founded at the files section on the JoS666 e-group. Work the whole program in the pdf file.
2. Breathe of fire meditation:

Start slow so your body can adjust to the motion. Then go to 13 rounds, then to 26, then to 54 and as last 108 round. This meditation should not hurt you in anyway. When it does your pushing it! Be carefull!
3. Feeling the energy training:
Download the 'the hexagradior' file also found at the JoS666 e-group. Start at step 1 but do not proceed untill you feel the energy on the back of your hands.
4. Protection spell:
Direct all your build-up energy (From your meditation) to protect yourself and your house with blue electric light.
Visualize your house or room. See all walls, floor and ceiling in your mind. Now focus your mind so you bring the energy (your have build-up) to the walls, floor and ceiling and see (in your mind) it being covered by blue electric light and merge your energy in it to strenghten it (the light should get brighter). When done with the strenghtening you affirm it with "I place this blue electric field around ______ (my house or room) on all surfaces to protect me from all negative energy and entities which can not enter. None will come in unless i choose too!". Affirm it 5 times (or more if you like)
Be advised....you need to see it in your mind (untill your mind sees it with open eyes). When you suddenly have the feeling of peace and serenity (no negative feelings or no tensions) you have done it right.
5. Clean your aura after all energy works!
