I'm guessing the middle... but if you have the need, meditate on all of them... start with the middle... then to front... then to back

Last night I was doing the the full chakra meditation for the throat chakra. After 10 straight minutes of vibrating NEBO, my pineal gland started aching and not a faint kind of ache either.

Is this normal? It's never happened before.

Don't get me wrong, my throat chakra was DEFINITELY vibrating. I felt the vibration in the front, the back and inside along with that lump feeling.

I'm just confused as to why the pineal gland would start aching. In fact, it continued even after I was doing the throat chakra even though the aching lessened.

I think it just means that it is open Celina,and working properly.The same thing happens when you open the third eye,but the head ache goes away.

I started the Full Chakra Meditation, and I didn't finish it. I have problems with concentration and it was too much for me. I did the Crown, the 6th Chakra, and the Throat Chakra than I just couldn't continue and I stopped. Is it gonna create problems? I did 5 vibrations of crown, 6th and throat..
