What are some good alternative meditations to the full chakra meditation? Will the RAUM suffice? I've been doing the full chakra daily for some time now and now I wish to just do the chakra of the day but I dont want a drastic drop in power and mess myself up. Any advice?
Also, when is the best time to start a wunjo working (for friendship as well as boosting optimism)?
Also, what affirmations would you suggest with the Satanama mantra? I just like to vibrate it because it makes me feel really good and I dont have a purpose other than that. BUT, when I do, i have raised energy and I know that when undirected, it can wreak havoc. I just dont have many SPECIFIC goals, and I dont know where I should direct it.

Full chakra meditation is too necessary for the chakras and their extensions, it empowers them and gets the blocks out so the serpent can ascend so you should keep doing it but there's plenty of things you can do to empower your chakras if you kind of getting bored of only doing chakra meditation like kundalini yoga PDF physical yoga on JoS chakra spinning 10 Tibetan breathes and a lot of other things just look on the JoS, maybe if your chakras extensions aren't open then open them with the watch tower meditation which is also on JoS.

You can empower first bottom 3 chakras in the morning cause that's when its best to empower those aside from their planetary day and hour and then you can empower the top 3 at night and the heart in between or something. Or you can do what you said and empower one but you're right you'll get faster results if you empower them all. Should still do it during their hour and day though for best results.raum meditation is good to do to but can't be used for chakra extensions.

2. I say moon is sagitarruis or moon in libra or even Aquarius.

You can direct it into your health and some other things I think I'm not exactly sure what though.

I sometimes used the Double Serpent meditation, that also empowers you chakra plus the Ida and Pingala nadis - hope this might help!
