Foundation Meditation

[williams4033]

I have trouble visualizing shiny white/gold energy from the sun. To
help me visualize my aura as shiny/gold light, I imagine that I'm the
sun giving off light to the surrounding planets, this helps me quite a
little but I have trouble visualizing myself absorbing white/gold
energy, need some help please, thanx.

What i do is imagine that im in the center of white-gold color, or the center of the sun. Then As i inhale i imagine and will my self to absorb the light/energy into me.

You can also visualize that white-gold light is rushing and swirling into you.

Like a jacuzzi that's pumping in and circulating water around you.

Or that a waterfall of this light is pouring into you from above.
