I found a dead fox on the road. He must have died on contact because he doesn't look beat up at all. I picked it up because I feel it shouldn't have to lie there but should be used for something. I have never even seen a fox, I have no clue about how to cut and skin animals. Can my cat eat the meat? It looks like a little puppy so I feel a little strange about it. I was thinking of making a fur pellet but maybe it will be nicer to just bury it? Any suggestions?

I wouldn't feed this to your pets. You don't know how long it has been their, if the meat is deseased, or at what stage of putrification it is at.

If you are able to, then there is nothing wrong with skinning it/de-boning it. And useing these as you see fit. I feel that when animals die, no part of them should be wasted, and a use can be found for all parts of them. If you are uncomfortable with this. Then it is best to bury it.

I'd recommend you bury it. Without knowing how long it lie there, there's no way of knowing what amount/type of putrefactive bacteria you're dealing with.

All that being said, I've only seen one myself. They're beautiful creatures.

I would just bury it and do a little speech.

I would have absolutely no idea about what to do but if I were in your situation I would bury the body.

A little unrelated... You wouldn't happen to be Straight Edge would you?
