Sometimes even after fixing all the damages, removing all the chakra blocks, unprogramming our minds, we still can't fix something.

If you know exactly what caused your problem, and you still have something too deep inside you can't remove with above methods, there is one more trick:

Use past life regression technique, but regress not into past life, but into that traumatizing moment.

There you have 2 options:

Just relive it, but from a perspective of "current you", as right now it may feel like not a big deal.

Or using your will power modify that memory and go "fast forward" to present, but through some alternative routes, as that road where everything was fucked up is now closed, but you still want to be at least where you are now physically and keep some of the positive things you gained trough your journey.

This method was suggested to me by guardians, because even after fixing everything I couldn't use some capabilities at full potential, because I was deep inside I was sure it's broken and affirmations didn't sound so assuring in my head.
