This is my reply from a post. The Sun Square can be done this Sunday during hour of Sun for healing, health, vitality and financial help.For those worried about health and such this is very encouraged given the emphasis on health topics in the groups lately.
Everyday after you chant the number of vibrations for the sun, make your affirmations while also knowing and seeing that you are healed. The thing about affirmations are that they are just to help and reinforce the visualization. Sometimes when doing spells and magick I don't use affirmations, I just visualize my desires and use my senses in making my desires reality. This depends on the person. But yes, make your affirmations while visualizing and KNOWING that you are healed. That is the way the mind works.
Make sure the Moon isn't void on Sunday. Lunarium.co.uk has planetary hours and moon phases/void. Just go to edit and adjust your location.
As for the audio Suryae mantra, here is one. Just make sure you roll your r's fully and don't for get to add nama or svaha at the end. Depending on if you are doing a spiritual or material working.

I plan on doing the Sun square this Sunday as well for a loved one.
Always have faith in your ability because the squares do work. One satanist used it to help him get a permanent job at a temp agency. He was afraid he wouldn't get picked because of the competition. But he did. Never doubt your workings and take your time with the vibration. It helps to have beads or something to help you keep count. And after you finished the vibrations for the day, make your affirmations after. So for day 1, vibrate it one time(for the material) and then make affirmation right after.

For the material since you are working for something specific, the you make affirmations on what you want.

I wouldn't be raising any energy without using an affirmation to program it. This leaves your energy open to manipulation by anyone ie the strong emotions of others, the generalised mass mind of humanity or even nefarious enemy beings.

I went through a phase of breathing in hundreds of breaths of energy every day with no affirmations and wondering why everything seemed to go wrong.. wasn't I supposed to be growing more powerful?

Since doing affirmations for all of my energy work, things have been much more positive. Even something as simple as 'The energy of the sun is preparing my soul for proper and safe ascension of kundalini' is better than leaving your raised energies open to manipulation by outside sources.

@... If you are replying to what I said about affirmations then maybe you need to reread my post again.
I stated that affirmations are used to REINFORCE visualization and feeling. It should be obvious that one can program energy without affirmations by using the power of the mind/thought and feeling and visuals... Understand that affirmations are not something you state robotically and meaninglessly. They are to provoke feeling and visualization.

For personality change that is material. If you want to improve yourself with "sun" characteristics look into maybe invoking fire. Slowly of course.
But yeah... for personality then you would have to do the material square.

However I will add that most of the people here are very new to this sort of thing and holding a visualisation for extended periods of time can be difficult for most people. The affirmations help to keep the mind focused on the goal and even when stated robotically have an effect on the subconscious because all words are understood by it whether you are conscious of it or not.

This ensures success as when one might apply two or three workable techniques to something to protect its success rather than simply one technique.
