i want to combine yoga and work outs.

these are the routines that i thought of:

Option 1
5 minueste of yoga then i workout for an hour and instead of resting between reps do yoga poses then warm down with 10 minutes of yoga

Option 2
dont count reps i do as many of whatever i can and instead of resting i do yoga poses.

option 3
work out for 30 and yoga poses tageting the same muscle groups for 30

Which one would have the best effects? i dont want to work out and do yoga every day. i want to have a daily routine so i can actually meditate to.

This is what I do, I start with the breath of fire http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpent ... _Fire.html
This is my warm up, i found that doing this removes the need for a warm-up, then i follow convict conditioning 1 and 2 style workouts (both are great books, that focus on body weight training, which increase flexibility).
then i do the rehab work for the joints as said in convict conditioning 2, while preforming void meditation, this is really hard, especially the l-sit.
then i do other meditation like cleaning the aura, and telekinesis/pryokinesis training, and other meditations later in the day.
those you should make your own workout/yoga plan i would suggest doing body weight for the workout, and maybe a few heavy lifts, i would suggest the third option you have put, but you should not time the workout or the yoga, this causes a lack of freedom in your training, for example say you are doing pushups, for 30 mins but you do not feel tried by the end you should do more if you want to or less, you should have disciple but keep the workouts fun and free.
