I just had a serious case of food poisoning the past 2 days my whole body is so weak and just very off balance what do you recommend is the best way to get back on track?
Continue doing your meditations and also drinks plenty if fresh water with added himalayan rock crys tea l salt if you can get your hands on it. What helps is drinking certain teas. If you have a health food store around then buy some teas like.dandelion, red clover, milk thistle or Burdock. Any cleanser or detox teas just to cleanse your system a bit. Also organic.cranberry juice works fine as well.
