I have not used fluoride toothpaste for quite some time now.
I use a herbal toothpaste which contains Aloe vera and some other extracts. It is not expensive at all.
Teeth health is dependent on healthy kidney energy almost entirely. Needless to say, taking in a lot of refined sugars is a surefire way to weaken the kidney energy.

For the person who said something about not forcing onself to eat piles of raw vegetables...
It is possible to put the vegetables in boiling water for a few sec. They won't be raw then and thus a bit easier digestable without having lost the minerals and such you lose when you cook it (like making tea..)

In fact, cooking releases a lot of things from plant cells which our bodies cannot access normally when they are raw due to the fact that the plant cell wall is made from cellulose for which we do not have any enzymes to break down. I don't fully agree that vitamins and minerale are not available in raw vegetables. I feel this but I have no evidence, probably you mean some nutrients are less available? Can you please detail this as it is interesting!

I don't fully agree that vitamins and minerale are not available in raw vegetables. I feel this but I have no evidence, probably you mean some nutrients are less available? Can you please detail this as it is interesting!

Cooking can make some vitamins more accessible but also can make some vitamins diminish such as Vitamin C which is heat and light sensitive. There should definitely be some kind of balance when it comes to your nutrition.
As for juicing, your body is the best 'juicer" you have.
When it comes to nutrition, the conditions of our soil from the start determine how nutrient dense our food is from the beginning.

On this topic, I found a recipe for tooth paste that seems like it might be pretty good.
It's not expensive either, haven't used it myself yet but soon I'm going to get the ingredients to try ot out for myself and see how it works.
Here is the recipe:
[*]Put all ingredients into bowl and mix well together. (You can also use a food processor for this)</li>[*]Remove homemade toothpaste and store in glass jar with a lid. If it starts to dry out, add a bit of water</li></ol>Sorry about the fond, I copied it from the website I found it at.
It was suggested there that instead of the Xylitol you use a bit of Stevia extract and if the taste is bad you can add more mint essential oil.
The cinnemon or clove essential oil is just an extra for taste, it's not necessary.
Also you don't need a toothpaste tube, because you can store it in a glass jar or something..
For the trace minerals it was suggested to use a concentrated form of an inland sea water extract, but I'm not sure how good that would really be..
This is the stuff they recommend. It looks alright, atleast it doesn't seem to have been made from real biologically available minerals, but I don't know if it's treated with chemicals. I'm going to see if I can find a good supplement in my local health food store and if I can maybe the paste is still good without the trace minerals.
I wanted to buy the theodent tooth paste, but to ship this to my house they incur ridiculous prices.. Over 50 euro's for 2 bottles... Fucked up..

It does sound like a good start.
On the toothpaste. I am absolutely NOT a fan of peppermint and I believe it is being used way too much. It might be a great antiseptic, but everyone has gotten used to the flavor. To me I never liked it, unless I am seriously not well or having headaches due to hard studying.
For the anti septic anti viral you probably could use tea tree oil.

I actually found a reletively cheap tea tree oil toothpaste which is completely made of natural ingredients, we'll see how that works.
The only thing that I'm a little concerned about is if it also helps restore my enamel. Obviously I know Fluoride is a death sentence basically so I would never consider using it.
I started eating more naturally grown vegetables which specifically have a higher magnesium content than other vegetables to make up for my lack of magnesium intake.
I actually found a reletively cheap tea tree oil toothpaste which is completely made of natural ingredients, we'll see how that works.
The only thing that I'm a little concerned about is if it also helps restore my enamel. Obviously I know Fluoride is a death sentence basically so I would never consider using it.
