Hey centralforce666,

I just came from the dentist and what was supposed to be a small hole turned out to be a huge gap ...

So I was wondering, do you brush with toothpaste that has fluor in it? I am suspicious about these claims because I did stop using those and now this. ... ?

Also do you have any information on Sugar related problems?

baking soda does need sour to work.

Like brushing your teeth with lemon juice !

Luka I used a toothpaste recipe, that's worked really well.
3 tbs coconut oil3 tbs baking soda10 drops tea tree oil10 drops mint (I like the flavor)
And it's been working wonders for me
