HELLO!!!!I keep on making new topics here, I am the happiest person on the planet!!! :'D
[/IMG]The problem is very minor, but it may be "the start" of something, so I thought I should catch up to it.
[/IMG]I had noticed, a couple of days after I started taking that fucking pill, whenever I would eat (regardless of whether it was morning, noon or night), my stomach (after a while) would hurt badly. One time, I had eaten and needed to go out, and I literally had to sit for a bit to calm the pain..............So, I stopped taking this FUCKING PILL when I felt that I was fully healthy.
Nowadays, [/IMG]not hurt after I eat, but I've noticed this... minor change...This is a bit embarrassing, but whenever I am basically digesting (after hours), when I burp, it's like the digestion wasn't done right.. It always feels like I ate lots of onions (and eating lots of onions doesn't do me well).I do NOT feel my stomach burning, or anything unpleasant, but the burp in itself, that moment when I burp, it feels like I ate something bad.My stool are like how they always were; normal. But I still have the pelvic floor dysfunction, so I always have difficulty doing my thing in the toilet because of that muscle problem. But the stool itself is not too soft or too hard; it's normal.
[/IMG]So, I searched the Internet about this, and it basically said to eat lots of vegetables and fruit. Some sites also said to eat yogurt, but others said that yogurt passes through the stomach and it doesn't reach the gut flora in its entirety (?? something along those lines?), so it's a bit pointless.
It also said to avoid sugar... which saddens me because today my mother cooked some really really yummy sugary foods for the holidays haha...
So, is this information correct? Is there anything I can do to further help on this?
<b [/IMG]In regards to herbs, I want to apologize that in my previous topic (about the throat) I was so ignorant about the effectiveness of herbs... I really thought herbs wouldn't be able to kill a virus. I thought herbs could mostly help in releasing stress, or relieving from pain (or calming a throat, or other things like that; minor stuff, but helpful).I haven't had personal experience with them to that extent, and I don't know anyone else who had either (not because the "herbs failed" but because they never tried. It's like it was never an option).
<b [/IMG]In regards to the fucking antibiotic, if it's of help, the one I had taken is called "Claripen" (Clarithromycin). Also, I recently found out that I was... basically "raised" with antibiotics until my 2 years of age because of an ear infection I had, and don't know what else... I will have to ask my mother. In general, I do not remember myself ever taking antibiotics; so I guess that was something "new" to my dear body.
