First time making actual fresh bread

I don’t know what upgrade I got or what DLC add-on (gamer stuff), but for the last couple of weeks, no matter what I do, my baking has been great. It feels like I had a surprise level-up in my skills or unlocked a hidden homemaking perk.
I am normally a bad baker/cook in general, from the time I was a kid until a few weeks ago. Even my husband was surprised—like, “How did this turn out so good?”
I don’t know what god or goddess is the deity of homemaking, but I would like to thank them for this unexpected skill upgrade.

Try making whole wheat einkorn sourdough bread.

I don't know what that is and One thing at a time I think biscuits are before that something simple. To go with a pasta with meat sauce
