Few Questions. Please Help.

Ok, it's been a while since i looked at the group messages and stuff. I have a few questions I'd like to ask and hopefully someone will supply some answers for.

Over the past couple of weeks, it seems like i've been putting off alot of satanic things as well as kinetic trainings. Is there any advice people could lend me so i could keep up with things and meditate more?

Also another question I'm wanting to ask is. I've been reading over many of the posts people put in the group messages. Alot of the people who give answers say they have a guardian demon. My question is: How exactly do you obtain a guardian demon?

I hope I could get some answers since I'm quite confused. Thank you.
