Hello i need to know when i do chakras EZ spin do i need to visualize
the front chakras or middle one's or the one's on my spine.
what is the akasha principle where can i read about it

I tend to spin the chakra's at the front or the back as i seem to see
them alot clearer in my mind due to sub-conciously remembering what the
front and back of my body looks like. This i feel makes it easier to
identify the chakra's and spin and brighten them with my eyes closed.

The problem i feel about spinning the central chakra's at the moment is
what to envision. Do we visualize the spiritual body with the chakra's
prominently standing out or is it better to concentrate on just seeing
the chakra's and block out all forms of other light?

I wish i can help you and give you answer's, the truth is i am having
problumes with seeing's my own chakras color's
i wish some body answer your questions from our brother's and sister's

Spin them all, the actual chakras and their extensions that extend to
the front of the body. The faster all of them spin, the more empowered
and protected you will be
