Feeling Weak after Magick

I just did an intense curse, like 20+ min of directing energy lol now i feel physically tired. I dont believe i used my own energy but i did dose off a few times and it was hard keeping focus for so long. Maybe it was the intense focus? i couldnt concentrate after the curse, i tried my best to cleanse myself, kind scary lol

Same thing happens with me when Im dealing with energy meditations. This can be expected, however the more you preform them, the less "Tired" you will feel and your concentration will improve greatly too, just keep up the good work.

Its alot liek jogging if your out of shape, at first its hard, but the more you do it, the more your body will accustom to it, and the easier it will become.

nothing bad will happen its just a little loss of energy from it
you can easily get it back dont worry
