Feast of Fire

According to the Lunabar program (you can google it for download) February 4th 2011 will be 15deg. of Aquarius. This program provides a large amount of information, including voids, etc. I use this program in conjunction with the ChronosXP software.

I am studying Satanic Holidays and I came across Candlemas/Feast of FIre, this is held in early february when the Sun is 15 degrees of Aquarius, but there is no fixed date. Last year it was the 3rd and 4th of February but the year before (2008) was the 4th and 5th of February. So can anybody please tell me how I can work out this years dates for the Feast of Fire.
