Fear of the astral?

I don't know to put this exactly, how do I deal with intense fear when having a glimpse of what it seems to be astral sight? Going further, this happens when I happen to "see" shadow figures moving, I feel my biolectricity elevate and adrenaline flood my blood vessels. It feels extra puzzling because I don't feel such intense fear, even in the few times where my life was in danger.

Should I increase my daily void meditation time? I try to keep 30 minutes a day

I would suggest doing extra cleaning as it may be a result of a hostile thoughtform designed to scare you.

If you are doing 30 minutes daily of proper void meditation, this isn't an issue of your mind running wild.
How does your AoP and cleaning routine look?

Additionally, ask Father Zeus for protection and guidance beforehand, even ask for a Lesser Daemon to be sent to protect and guide you. The Gods do provide help if you're genuinely looking to advance and use the astral senses for productive things.
