I'm afraid of the dark and having a sleep paralysis. Because of that I cant sleep without hiding under my blanket. How can I get rid of this fear? I can't do night meditations because of this.

Other Fear of Darkness
Hello, I used to fear the darkness too because of too many horror movies as a kid, what I did to overcome it is a bit extreme but that's what I did.
I bought a camping hammock and went camping in the woods alone, I was terrified and it was super cold, a branch also fell on me while I was trying to sleep, but after that night I can walk in a forest at night without light without any fear whatsoever.

I am reaching towards a green apple.

Hello! Certain phobias may be due to many factors like trauma even stemming from past lives (which you could do a Freeing the Soul working for if this issue impedes your life) or as simple as a matter needing some exposure therapy over time. I remember also having a fear of the dark and sleeping beside a trusted loved one in the dark helped me overcome it. You can also try sleeping with a pet in your room. I also recommend a dim night light as a means to help make the adjustment to darker and darker sleeping conditions easier.
