As said, many of us have had the "fear" (which is retarded; pathetic; stupid; perhaps embarrassing; etc. in hindsight) of being a jew. Have a look at the 2 "How to Recognise and Identifying a Jew" PDFs in Satan's Library, and go through them carefully. That might help quickly or it might take you a while. If you performed the Dedication Ritual - did it feel disgusting? Do you like Satan and His Cause? Do you care about such? Did you die or have a horrible problem after performing it? Etc.
As for lack of ability to be consistent - that is an attitude. "I can't be consistent!" Not with that attitude, you can't! The words "I" and "can't" are extremely important. Speak positively about yourself, always. If/when a negative thought appears in your head, don't try and force it the feck out. Just relax and set it out of your mind calmly, then return your attention back to the thing you are focussing on. In case you might not have realised - you should also do Void meditation. Forcing thoughts out is giving them too much energy, therefore, power over you; in this way, you hinder yourself. You don't have to be arrogant when speaking positively, nicely, kindly about yourself, and you don't have to tell it to other people; just be nice and kind and positive with/to yourself. It is super important, so you could try this - "I can be consistent in [whatever]." Better than saying you can, say you are - "I am consistent in [whatever]." This is probably the most simple and basic thing to do, less than anything else, such as doing any meditations and workings. It requires no props, special words of power, or anything magickal. It's simply talking to yourself with positive, beneficial words (which is still special and powerful, and that in itself is still magickal, though!). Psychology is as important as Spirituality and Physicality. Another important thing to realise is that you have to make things possible in Physicality.
You can do a working to help you; however, being in the negative, self-defeating attitude that you can't be consistent, instead, just do small things to begin with. For 30 seconds per time, several times per day, say positively to yourself, "I am always consistent in my meditations/workings/[whatevers]." Repeat that several times for 30 or so seconds. A good idea is to say it a multiple of 3 times in the 30 seconds, because 3 is the number of creation & destruction. Saying "I am...", in this context, is creating something good and helpful, and you might think that at the same time it is also destroying the laziness; apathy; negative; self-defeating attitude; etc. At the risk of being cheesy, say it with a smile on your face. It's also very important that you believe these positive, helpful words. As an ex-christian, it is easier for me to just choose to accept something if I want to; I can just make the conscious decision to believe it, because that's all I did as a retarded j00-worshipping idiot. You could also look in your mirror and repeat, "I am...". ("You are..." is not good, necessarily, because then you could be more inclined to when other people say that you are things. "I am..." is much better, in my opinion.) It might take a while, but once you "plant to seed", make sure you water it appropriately. After a few days or a week, increase from 30 seconds to a minute or more. Don't take it too slowly.
You don't need someone to recognise the difference in Gentile Souls and j00 faecal souls. If nothing else, just ignore the "fear" and things, and just do workings. I think it was Magey who said that what you put in is what you get out. For any xian reading this - "you reap what you sow". You being fearful is giving power and energy of that fear over you. Even speaking negatively against a negative thing is still giving it energy and power, because you are focussing on it, your attention is drawn to it. The best thing to do, other than banishing it or destroying it (depening), is to simply ignore it. If it haunts you - or if you think it haunts you - then just keep calm! You could pretend, and then learn to make it real, about having an apathetic attitude. If a negative thought pops into your mind, be all "meh" about it - remember not to feed it energy, though.
I know it's easier said than done to say, "Stay calm", regarding your anxiety, but please do. I stand by my opinion that a lot of mental health problems (i.e. mental ill health, such as ADD/ADHD; OCD; depression; etc.) are learned behaviours and decisions, either in this life and/or from any previous lives, which we have embedded in our Souls. The lack off a strong Solar/666 Chakra makes people lazy and reliant on others; if they were to be bothered and active in distracting themselves from their woes, dear j00 job, they would then not be lathering that depression, etc. with their own energies, which is sapping them dry. The j00 has made the world self-defeating, turning us into anti-ourselves.
