EZ Chakras meditation

Hello guys,
I've been pretty confused with the chakra spining meditation on the 40 day program it's hard for me to imagine my chakras and to spin them. Would any one have any suggestons to help me as i feel like i can't do it at all kinda seems fake which i know it's not though, i'll keep at it anyway.

When it comes to visualizing, don't try too hard. Have fun with it and relax. Know within your mind that the visualization is happening. Everyone can visualize. We do it all the time. When the time comes to concentrate in it, it can be a problem for most.
It becomes easier as time goes on.Keep going. 
Humanity is not attuned to the spiritual realm and so quite naturally, when beginning, one will come to doubt what we cannot directly see.
