This meditation helps activate the chakra's and allight them correctly, it helps in opening them and empowering them aswell.

It's still good to do them daily and with practice this becomes very easy, so it can be done for all chakra's in a few minutes maximum.
You should be able to focus on a chakra and make it spin as fast as the speed of light within a few seconds, then you are proficient at this technique.
After a while you can do it with all chakra's at the same time, this makes it take even less time, but you should do it everyday.

Also, does the rotation direction change something? I kinda sense the lower 3 chakras should turn right while the upper 3 should turn left, and the heart chakra turning both sides. Anyone know anything about this? Or it doesnt matter at all?

As I've read, ALL CHAKRAS, must rotate like the clock, left and round and again left, like the clock.

@donotfearthetruth666 that is incorrect. It is up to the individual which direction they rotate. The High Priest(esses) have said it doesn't matter. That's merely a rumor you heard.

I noticed this too now actually, that my lower chakra's spin counter clock wise and my upper chakra's spin clock wise. My hearth chakra spins both directions simultaniously. Can't really explain how that works, but it just does somehow, like there are 2 yoni's inside each other, one spining clock wise and one spinning counter clockwise.
The vortex of energy that surrounds the chakra's spins in the oposite direction of the chakra's for me.
When I focus on my root chakra for example, I see a red shaped piramid spinning counter clockwise (pointed upwards of course) With a red vortex of energy that looks like a whirlpool about 3 or 4 times larger than the piramid spinning upwards in the clock wise direction. When I spin it hard the piramid get's a golden glow inside and the vortex becomes brighter red and expands up to 3 times the size it has normally, even expanding beyond the boundary of my physical body.
Interesting observation.
Also regarding the wings of the soul, the shoulder chakra's are located inside the shoulder right? Poining inwards?
When I raise a lot of energy I sometimes sprout wings on my soul, which burst out of my shoulder chakra's, but when they do it feels like my shoulder chakra's are more located underneath the shoulder blades?
Further inwards and below the shoulder, instead of inside the shoulder.
The span of the wings varies depending on how much energy I raise and how much I focus on them, but usually they are around 4-5 feet each, when fully stretched out.
